it only has a 55 deg temp rise. that’s not hot enough for a good shower, imo.

advantages: more efficient, no stored water, no off cycle losses: can be direct vented(may not apply)
Disadvantges: high initial cost: limits the amount of hot water outlets that can be used at the same time
