Bosch Water Heater “alarm” going off permanently?

My Bosch Tankless Water Heater has been making a noise similar to a car alarm for the past 6hrs. Not sure what caused it and can’t seem to find anything online. Any ideas?

kill power 2 it for a couple min. let it try 2 restart. pay attention listen 4 the gas n all see if u smell any, make sure the ignitor is working
