Can I Install A Tankless Water Heater In A Manufactured Home?

My 17 year old tank heater needs replacing ASAP because it decided to leak all over my floor this morning…any suggestions? Thanks in advance-

    I like tank-less water heaters. I bought one and plan to install it soon. Needs a Stainless steel vent pipe. You can find this at eBay, home depot or Internet. You could perhaps “fix” the heater to the old vent for a short time. The water in and out are at the bottom, unlike old heater with in and out at top. Gas line will need to be run higher up the wall too.

    Yes, but this requires a licensed plumber to install.
