    not throughout the house you won’t. but read the directions, some of them require at least two feet of copper pipe before you connect to pex or stainless steel braided connecters.

    I read about tankless heaters and the advertisement does make it very attractive. On further researching the internet I found they may not be as good as most claim. Neither they are cheap. You have to get used to tankless water heater. What does it mean, I don’t know. Do little more research and don’t hesitate to abandon the idea.

    If there is not a water line at the location, or if it is too small. Most tankless heaters require a 3/4″ inlet pipe.

    Also most tankless require a 3/8 gas line make sure you have that.

    Not always, but you will need gas or electrical power to the heater.
