Does Anyone Have A Tankless Water Heater, If So Are You Happy With It?

I installed a Bosch tankless unit in my in-law’s house in Russia. It supplies all the hot water that a family of five needs: that’s four women and one man and these women love their long baths!

I don’t, my brother does and he’s very happy with it.
I’ve also traveled a lot in Europe, where they are common; they make so much sense!
Unfortunately it’s expensive initially, but would pay for itself many times over throughout its lifetime.

Yes, but only because I’m qualified to repair it if needed. It is a much more complicated piece of machinery than a standard tank-type water heater. And I’m not so sure that there are enough qualified repairmen and parts available locally.
Tankless units cost more to purchase and cost considerably more to install. Additionally, a buyer must choose the unit best suited to meet the necessary requirements……..
It’s a tough call…….
