		<description>Yes, but only because I&#039;m qualified to repair it if needed.  It is a much more complicated piece of machinery than a standard tank-type water heater. And I&#039;m not so sure that there are enough qualified repairmen and parts available locally.
Tankless units cost more to purchase and cost considerably more to install. Additionally, a buyer must choose the unit best suited to meet the necessary requirements........
