Their life is about 20 years, which is much better than the conventional and gas water heater. Moreover, their running cost and subsistence cost is very less, and they are resistant to rust.
The primary investment for an electric tankless water heater is less than a gas water heating system. This electric water heating system is eco-friendly, and they do not discharge any harmful gases to the environment. Electric tankless water heater does not require some unique architecture specifications in your house, as for gas tankless water heater, which requires an extra ventilation system for the exhaust of gases.
However, plus points of high quality products are always chaperoned by its drawbacks. Same is the case with electric tankless water heater. The main drawback of using a tankless water heater is that they have small throughput or flow rate of water, as compare to the gas tankless system. Their use is just limited to a house or some small industry, which does not have high hot water requirements. The ampere and electric load requirements for an electric tankless water heater are quite higher than the normal power supply. You have to use a circuit breaker, to meet the essential power requirements.
