I already invested in the tankless water heater and I LOVE IT!! my gas bill was 165 a month now its 19.90 this month and it goes down like a dollor each month. Does anybody got some idea’s on what i can get to help with my utility bills (seems like every month they are getting higher and higher). Thanks in advance

Get a front load wash machine. They will save you about 66% on your utility costs. If you have an older Refrigerator update that as well. There are a lot of Energy Star refrigerators out there that will run about 60% more efficient than a model that is 10+ years old. Also, update your dishwasher. Kenmore is coming out with a new High Efficiency dishwasher soon (it may be in some stores already). It is 44% more efficient than a model that is 7 years old.

How tankless heater did that?
it just does not make sense to me.
Tell us more please.
by tha way the best energy saving idea for homes:
1- Cut on waste and unnecessary usage like leaving HW running when shaving, etc.
2- Do not replace anything just for saving energy. Saving of no appliance pays for its cost.
3- If you need a new item for other reasons, then consider these:
High SEER for AC units
Energy star for all other appliance if energy star type of it is available.
LEED certified home.
Extra insulation for walls and roof
etc.

Compact fluorescents in place of old fashioned incandescent bulbs will help.
