the ones at home depot and lowes are WAY over prised.
we have one and i have installed 12 others, no probs.
if the install is just removing and replacing, i charge $150.00 plus parts.
you should order the heater, they have a chart but i just put the big one in ALLWAYS , and find a handyman or plumber put it in.</description>
