We have a Takagi T2 – it is excellent. Cost about 1100.00 with accessories. I noticed an instant reduction in our gas bill by 75%. You can shower and do a wash with no problem. You will need a big gasline 3/4 or 1 in depending on distance. If you have a big house with lots of distance, put 2 of em in.
Don’t know much about the N-120 most people out here use the T2

The biggest problem with tankless is cost of power while using it. It takes an enormous amount of energy. If it is in a vacation home, it probably makes sense, if it is your residence, you won’t like the cost and the short life of them.

Titan is not even close in quality to Noritz.

I have used the N-120 for years and I love it. I just saw that the company is celebrating 25 years in business. That says it all about the product.

I have owned Titan units in my last 3 homes. Great product
