		<description>From what I have heard ,they cost considerably more to purchase and install,but consume less energy . As far as where it is allowable to install,Suggest you contact the building inspector in your area,or someone that know the codes and guidelines.Another issue may be power supply,ie is the present power supply edequate for this change. The person you contact regarding (as per code)should be able to give you all the  requirement  info before you proceed.</description>
