My breaker box is approximately 100 ft. away from my water heaters destination. I either need 200ft. of romex 6 awg 3 conductor wire with ground or 600ft. of just regular 6 awg wire that I would then have to put in conduit. I have searched alot of places on the net and found some on ebay but in 30 – 50 feet lengths any help would be appreciated.

Go to an electrician. They usually have a warehouse that they buy all their wire from. They might charge you a little on top of the cost of the wire but sometimes its the easiest way to get it.

If 100 ft away, why do you need 200ft of cable? I’m also curious what model water heater this is that uses 3 conductor cable (I’m only familiar with 2 conductor water heaters). Also, is this 100 ft inside your house? Romex is not allowed outside or other wet locations. What is the voltage and watt rating to know 6 awg is correct?

6/3 is available in 125ft coil or 500ft or larger reels. I haven’t seen the coils in a store, but home depot sells it by the foot (off the large reels). Electrical suppliers used by electricians will have the 125ft coils, and some will sell to anyone (call and ask).
