		<description>I&#039;ve tried to do this with regular pumps, and the slight pressure the water already has is going to cause problems.  Unless you wanted to install a submersible pump in your cistern and pump from there, I think a pressure boosting pump would be best, like this one:  http://www.pressurebooster.com/
