That’s good because that’s what it’s supposed to do. However when I turn on the cold water faucet, the hot water goes off and I only get cold water. I can’t understand how turning on the cold water can affect the hot water my tankless hot water heater (gas) is producing. Any info would be great!
    How can I fix it?
