			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After I have used some hot water the hot water heater turns on, then off, then on again in less than 1 minute.  It keeps on doing this over and over, (on off on off on off on off&#8230;&#8230;) and the water eventually gets hot.  But it won&#8217;t stay on constantly when water needs heating.  It is a gas hot water heater.  Anyone know what is wrong?</p>
