You need to either get with a plumber that knows what they are doing or go to a home improvement store that will pro bally tell you the same. You are wasting time and money. If you already have a whole house Tankless why do you need more? Do you normally put in more than one Reg Hot Water Heart er? I think not. Get with a PLUMBER who specializes in this type of thing.
