Is Tankless water heater good choice for 4 adults + 1 baby in a house with 2.5 baths + kitchen + laundry…
Palomo brand has 7.2 Gallons per minute… Is this good for my case?

I have a 5 gallon per minute Tankless Water Heater and it barely keeps up with TWO showers going at the same time. If you add the laundry and dishwasher…. that might be a bit shy.
I might suggest an appliance I use. It takes away the hot water need from the washing machine and eliminates the laundry competition for hot water.
I use an appliance that attaches to a standard washing machine that treats the water with NASA Space technology, and ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR LAUNDRY DETERGENT, FABRIC SOFTENER, BLEACH, and HOT WATER altogether, and Sanitizes your clothes 99.9999% bacteria free to boot! (verified by NSF laboratories)
Detergents leave chemical residues in the clothes. (Everytime you smell that “fresh clean” smell, it is PROOF that there are chemical residues in your clothes) These are the chemicals that give some people rashes and itchiness, because your skin absorbs what’s around it. If I had a new baby, why expose them to these chemicals? For that matter, why expose the adults and children to the chemicals??
With 4 adults and a baby…… the appliance should pay for itself from the money that you would normally spend on detergents, hot water, and fabric softeners in 1.5 to 3 years!
Also the POSITIVE IMPACT on our environment happens when we quit dumping all those chemicals down our drains! Win Win.

Depending on the place/space available and the proximity to the various facilities where the heated water will be used the 7.2 GPM may be adequate. Given there may be 3 showers using the heated water at once plus additional use at other points I would suggest you consider a separate heater with less volume for the laundry and kitchen areas. 7.2 divided by 3 will provide 2.4 GPM to each of the 3 fixtures, which is probably pushing the capacity of the single heater.
Consider the run from the heater to the final use discharge as the water will have to heat all the piping before its use at the desired temperature.

Should be ok. Might lose a little heat if you are doing Laundry, Dishes and bathing all at the same time.
