		<description>If the tankless heater is gravity vented you may use the chimney, if it is forced vented you cannot. You gan tell which is which  by looking at it. If there is a small blower on the vent  it is forced. Also since you say it is new you must have a manual, all your venting reqirements will be in there.</description>
