For such a tiny condo, the tankless systems do save space, but are not as economical as a standard tank (your power usage is far higher with tankless units).

In my situation in my condo, I was told I could not have one installed at a reasonable price because the vent pipe which has to be stainless steel has to go from the tank up through the roof. I believe it was a Takagi distribute.
