What Is A Good Choice For An Elctric Tankless Water Heater?

Posted on | December 14, 2009 | 1 Comment

Replacing a 40g tank with an electric tankless. This would be for an 800sq ft house 1 bathroom with water at 47 degrees. Any recommendation with any certain brand Bosch, Titan etc and model type would be helpful.

I’m not too familiar with any brand names, but I have heard of a gas-fired water heater made by Rinnai (spelling may be wrong). I’ve installed one small electric tankless (don’t remember the brand) and recall that it took a small amperage breaker and wire, which means you may have to have an electrician change the wiring and/or breaker.
