		<description>I&#039;m not too familiar with any brand names, but I have heard of a gas-fired water heater made by Rinnai (spelling may be wrong).  I&#039;ve installed one small electric tankless (don&#039;t remember the brand) and recall that it took a small amperage breaker and wire, which means you may have to have an electrician change the wiring and/or breaker.</description>
