What Is The Best Gas Operated Tankless Water Heater For A 1500 Square Foot Bungalow?

I put the Takagi Tankless Heater in my 2 bathroom home 5 years ago.
Best decision I ever made, 2 adults and 3 kids who shower every day plus laundry and no problems at all. Saving over 250 gallons per year in propane and don’t have to worry about about a tank bursting if we are out of town.
I am closing escrow on a another house at the end of this month and a new Takagi heater is already ordered for the new house.

    The size you need does not depend on the size of the house, but on the number of bathrooms and how much hot water you use. Check the manufacturer’s websites.
