Where Can I Find The Cheapest Quality “tankless” Water Heater?

I have 1/2 bathrooms, a kitchen sink, a washer, and that’s about it. I tried ebay do you think any of these are good and do you think they would have all the parts and I would be able to install it myself? Here is the link:

I would go with the titan tankless:http://www.neutralexistence.com/shop/tit…
The water heater heater will not come with the plumbing stuff you will need to install it however.
