which tankless water heater is the best?
Any comments/suggestion about following brands? I am planning to buy one of them.
Also, Out door or indoor is better? I live in AL.

Rinnai: R75LSiN
Paloma: PH-28R DVSN
I have a AquaStar 125, it keeps break down and I am tired of it. So I will switch to a none Bosch one.
